Given China’s rapid technological advancement, we leverage diplomatic channels to facilitate the exchange and export of Chinese expertise to Africa and developing nations worldwide. Key initiatives in this area include:

• Establishing university partnerships between Chinese, Asian, and African institutions in fields such as technology, art, and e-commerce.
• Creating a dedicated Sino-African technological university.
• Promoting the export of Chinese Artificial Intelligence expertise.
• Expanding AI programs in collaboration with Chinese and Asian institutes.
